JOB – Project Manager | Pre-sales (M/F)

Job description

While working on projects for our customers, you intervene during the pre-sales phase to identify functional and/or technical needs and, in collaboration with the sales and technical team, come up with the most suitable solution to address them.

As the customer’s preferred point of contact throughout the implementation phase, you organise and lead coordination points (scoping workshops, periodic meetings, deliveries, validations, etc.).

In collaboration with the operations manager, you plan work and monitor progress made internally until everything is up and running.
You are also responsible for drafting documentation (specifications, acceptance testing books, etc.).
You are able to give technical and functional advice to the customer to guide them in their approach, provide training, and configure and deploy third-party tools.

You will ensure that projects run smoothly, guaranteeing that: deadlines are met; budgets are respected; production meets quality standards; and customers are satisfied.

Your activities are mainly focused on carrying out mixed reality projects on HoloLens in connection with Microsoft and PTC technologies.

The ideal candidate

You have already successfully held an equivalent position for five to ten years, working for companies in the digital sector (at a publisher, integrator or service provider) and within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
You have a perfect command of English and can communicate fluently and with ease – both orally and in writing – with an international audience.

Organised, rigorous and autonomous, you enjoy working on a team and you have excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
Customer satisfaction remains a priority for you.

Practical information

Type of contract: permanent contract (French CDI)

Location: Saint-Malo (occasional trips in France and eventually abroad)

Compensation: To be discussed – based on experience
