On 16 June, we organised a webinar in Teams using the “Live Event” feature in partnership with the Microsoft Experiences Lab teams.
The aim of the webinar was to address to the following challenges:
- How to help your experts continue working remotely?
- How to meet your customers and promote your solutions while following health guidelines?
- How to organise your visits (museums, showrooms and convention centres) using mixed reality to give your visitors a unique and interactive experience?
Many of you joined us for this webinar, and we thank you for your participation.
During this exchange, we demonstrated the use of Remote Assist with a HoloLens device.
The sequence presents the case of a remote expert presenting the HoloKase solution to a customer.
Using Area Targets (PTC’s Vuforia), we also created an augmented-reality visit of the Synergiz offices.
